Miora is the co-founder of the association of goat breeders STIJENA registered in Banja Luka.
The Association aims to improve and develop goat breeding in the Republic of Srpska and BiH, and to improve the organisation of farm breeding.
The Association will carry out its objectives through the following activities:
- • improving the organisation of farm work,
- • establishing cooperation with authorised agencies that can assist the Association in its work for the purpose of improving breeding and selection in goat breeding,
- • implementing selection programmes with a view to selecting best goat breeds and achieving best possible results,
- • ongoing work on education and awareness raising, and prevention work in animal health protection,
- • organising exhibitions and taking part in exhibitions and fairs in the country and abroad,
- • perfecting technologies for processing goat milk into quality cheeses and other products, using the experience of other EU producers,
- • organising production according to prescribed recipes in order to standardise products,
- • working on establishing a market for goat milk and meat products,
- • organising lectures, public debates, educational programmes, printing brochures, publications and trade magazines in order to exchange experiences with related associations in the country and abroad,
- • and activities to improve and speed up the development of and enhance goat breeding in the Republic of Srpska.

- University of Kaiserslautern; joint projects: DAAD, Tempus, forming a twin city partnership between the cities of Kaiserslautern and Banja Luka
- Active contract on joint work with the University of Kaiserslautern on building sanitary landfills and solid waste management
- Joint work as a member of the EUROB consortium on solid waste management issues in Brčko District
- Activities on solving acid sludge issue at Modriča Refinery
